Born from Legacy

In 2006 Bernard King  started what would become Bking Enterprise LLC. He tirelessly worked to overcome every obstacle until he curated a group of apartment units that he used to provide second chances to people in need.  Up until his passing in 2020 his continued mission was to build a legacy within the community that would carry over to his children.

Today, JENM Enterprise LLC is the continuation of that legacy.

JENM Enterprise LLC will redefine affordable housing . We will provide adequate living options for tenants to dwell while pursuing goals and overcoming challenges. We believe that everyone has the right to adequate housing no matter their circumstances. We are passionate about providing respectful and responsive partnerships with our tenants that translate across demographics and communities.
