Potential Tenants:

Is there an application fee? - Yes there is a $35 non-refundable application fee. Applications will not be processed until the fee has been paid. 

How do I apply? - You can apply by completing the fillable application and mailing it in along with the application fee and support documents. You can also apply by completing the online form.

What documentation do I need to apply? - You will need to provide 1) Proof of income (2 paystubs within 30 days), 2) proof of financial assistance (if applicable), 3) driver's licence or other form of picture I.D. 4) Previous landlord verification form. 

When will I know if I have been approved? - Typically it takes 4-7 business days after receiving all documentation and application fees to properly process an application. We will contact you as soon as a decision has been made. 

Can I have a pet? - JENM properties are pet free dwellings with exceptions only provided for service animals with proper documentation. 

Can I have a roommate? - All people that will be living in the unit over the age of 18 must apply and be approved. Any children will need to be declared on the rental application as well.
